Who we are

Stockton Patios is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. As data controller, it decides how any personal details sent through this website are used. You can reach us about privacy at info@stocktonpatios.co.uk.

How the enquiry form works

We use a form service from HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), loaded from api.leadconnectorhq.com. As our data processor it holds submitted enquiries for us. HighLevel operates from the United States, and international transfers of your details are made under the safeguards contained in its processing terms.

Hosting and site security

Our pages are hosted on Cloudflare's network. To deliver them and defend against attacks, Cloudflare processes connection details such as your IP address. We have not installed analytics, and nothing on the site tracks you for advertising.

Bot protection

A Cloudflare Turnstile check protects the form against bots. The form also loads resources such as fonts from servers used by its provider. Advertising pixels, including Facebook's, are not used.

Cookies and browser storage

Loading the form gives its provider your IP address and browser details. It then keeps a few things in your browser:

• a short-lived security cookie, __cf_bm, from Cloudflare's bot protection on the provider's domain;
• local storage entries starting v2_ and v3_, which link your enquiry to the page you came from;
• an entry starting form_progress_, which remembers how far you got.

You can delete any of these in your browser settings. More detail is on our cookies page.

What the quote form collects

Personal data reaches us through the quote form, which collects your name, contact number, email, postcode and any comments about your patio. Telephone enquiries to 01642 967519 are dealt with likewise. It is used for handling your request and nothing more, and there is no login of any kind.

Why we can use your details

We process your details because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours. Ticking the box on the form confirms you are happy to be contacted about the enquiry; you can withdraw that at any time by asking us to stop.

When we delete data

Records of an enquiry are deleted at the latest 24 months after the final contact between us. Any installer you go on to use keeps its own customer records under its own policy.

Who we share information with

Enquiries submitted through the quote form are passed to an independent local patio installer so they can contact you, survey the job and quote. The installer is responsible for the job itself and for any contract you agree with them. Your information is not sold or rented.

Concerns about our use of personal data can be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office; details are at ico.org.uk.

Your data protection rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@stocktonpatios.co.uk to make a request. We will reply within one month.
